This position serves as a strategic partner to recruiters, hiring managers, and leadership, dedicated to building accurate candidate profiles and executing advanced staffing strategies. The role is pivotal in supporting corporate operations as well as federal civilian, health, and defense market segments. You will be responsible for managing sourcing projects from conception to completion, ensuring all priorities and goals are met while building robust pipelines of both passive and active talent.
The day-to-day involves identifying candidates from numerous sources, utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage the hiring lifecycle, and performing reference checks. You will actively track recruiting activities and metrics to ensure strict compliance with relevant hiring regulations and laws, including OFCCP. Additionally, you will assist in the evaluation and implementation of new sourcing tools and procedures to continuously improve the organization's recruitment capabilities.
