About the Role
Maximus is seeking a Technical Recruiting Specialist to partner with hiring managers, recruiters, and leadership in defining role requirements and developing targeted sourcing strategies. This role places a strong emphasis on engaging passive technical talent across federal civilian, health, and defense markets. The position manages end-to-end sourcing and recruiting activities, leveraging advanced tools, data, and pipelines to meet both funded and proposal staffing needs.
This is a remote position focused on building quality pipelines of passive and active talent to support corporate and all federal market segments. The ideal candidate will drive continuous improvement of sourcing processes to ensure timely, high-quality hires while managing the full lifecycle from candidate identification to selection.
