About the Role
Maximus is seeking a Technical Recruiting Specialist to partner with hiring managers, recruiters, and leadership across federal civilian, health, and defense markets. This role is designed to define role requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies with a strong focus on engaging passive technical talent. You will manage end-to-end sourcing and recruiting activities, leveraging advanced tools and data pipelines to meet funded and proposal staffing needs.
This is a remote position where you will actively track recruiting activities and metrics to ensure compliance with relevant hiring regulations, including OFCCP. The role involves building quality pipelines of both passive and active talent to support corporate and market segments, ensuring timely, high-quality hires through continuous process improvement.
