About the Role
Maximus is seeking a Technical Recruiting Specialist to partner with hiring managers, recruiters, and leadership in defining role requirements and developing targeted sourcing strategies. This role focuses heavily on engaging passive technical talent across federal civilian, health, and defense markets. The position manages end-to-end sourcing and recruiting activities, leveraging advanced tools, data, and pipelines to meet funded and proposal staffing needs.
This is a remote position designed for a professional who can build quality pipelines of both passive and active talent to support corporate and market segments. The ideal candidate will drive continuous improvement of sourcing processes to ensure timely, high-quality hires while navigating the complexities of compliance tracking, including OFCCP.

Key Responsibilities

- check_circleDevelop and execute advanced sourcing strategies targeting passive technical talent across federal and defense markets
