About the Role
Maximus is seeking a Technical Recruiting Specialist to partner with hiring managers, recruiters, and leadership in defining role requirements and developing targeted sourcing strategies. This position places a strong emphasis on engaging passive technical talent across our federal civilian, health, and defense markets. The role is designed to manage end-to-end sourcing and recruiting activities, leveraging advanced tools, data, and pipelines to meet both funded and proposal staffing needs.
As a remote team member, you will drive the identification, screening, and interview coordination of qualified candidates while ensuring strict compliance with hiring regulations, including OFCCP. Your work will directly support the continuous improvement of sourcing processes to ensure timely, high-quality hires that align with our corporate and market segment goals.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circlePartner with hiring managers and leadership to define role requirements and build accurate candidate profiles

- check_circleManage sourcing projects from conception to completion to ensure all priorities and goals are achieved
