Maximus is seeking a Technical Recruiting Specialist to partner with hiring managers, recruiters, and leadership across our federal civilian, health, and defense markets. This role is designed to define role requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies with a strong focus on engaging passive technical talent. You will manage end-to-end sourcing and recruiting activities, leveraging advanced tools, data, and pipelines to meet both funded and proposal staffing needs.
In this position, you will build quality pipelines of passive and active talent to support corporate and all federal market segments. Your day-to-day involves identifying candidates from numerous sources, utilizing our applicant tracking system, writing advertisements, and performing reference checks. You will also assist in the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new sourcing tools and procedures to continuously improve our processes.
This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to manage sourcing projects from conception to completion while ensuring all priorities and goals are achieved. You will actively track recruiting activities and metrics to ensure compliance with relevant hiring regulations and laws, including OFCCP.
