Kimedics, LLC is a proud member of the LocumTenens.com family of companies and a Jackson Healthcare entity. As the third-largest healthcare staffing company in the U.S., we serve over 7 million patients across more than 1,400 healthcare facilities. Our mission is to build workforce solutions that empower operations teams and clinicians to spend less time on administrative tasks and more time on patient care.
In an era of growing clinician shortages, medical groups face the complex challenge of filling schedules efficiently without incurring prohibitive costs. Kimedics solves this by organizing and optimizing practice staffing and scheduling operations. We provide a full-stack, end-to-end solution featuring roster management, credentialing, document task templates, scheduling apps, pay calculation automation, and analytics dashboards. These tools enable healthcare organizations to optimize their rosters for the best fit and cost efficiency.
The Technical Product Manager, Data Insights & Analytics is the architect behind transforming complex operational and financial data into trusted, actionable insights embedded directly within the Kimedics platform. This role exists to bridge the gap between raw data and critical decision-making, ensuring that our customers can rely on accurate metrics to drive their business outcomes.
In this position, you will partner closely with customers, Product, Engineering, Data, and Customer Success teams to design scalable analytics solutions. Your day-to-day involves defining the product roadmap for analytics and reporting, translating customer needs into clear requirements, and owning the end-to-end delivery of analytics features. You will collaborate with data engineering to define robust data models and metric logic, ensuring accuracy and performance. Additionally, you will work with report builders and software engineers to deliver intuitive dashboards and self-service experiences, while maintaining strict ownership over metric definitions, assumptions, and quality assurance.
Candidates who receive a conditional offer may be required to undergo pre-employment drug testing as part of our employment process.
Kimedics is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected status under the law. We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
