The Client Analytics team drives innovative solutions by scaling data and analytics products for both internal and external partners. As a Technical Manager, Client Analytics, you will build and lead a team of decision scientists and business intelligence developers. This role exists to bridge the gap between complex data and strategic business outcomes, ensuring that analytics drive impactful decisions. You will partner with cross-functional leaders to define and execute team roadmaps, constantly speaking to stakeholders about prioritization and the effort required to deliver on initiatives.
The ideal candidate brings curiosity and a willingness to get hands-on to unblock and support the team. You will be responsible for establishing best practices in dashboarding and data analysis, ensuring that BI tools and modern data platforms are used effectively to turn concepts into innovative insights. This is a leadership role that requires you to serve as a departmental leader, bringing data, analytics, and culture-building expertise to the organization while staying abreast of industry trends.
This position is based in Denver, Colorado, as a hybrid role requiring three days in the office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Candidates must be based in the United States. If you are not currently based in Denver, we offer a relocation bonus to help make your move to the Mile High City smooth.
