We are seeking a dynamic Technical Instructor to deliver high-quality training to adult learners in energy efficiency, weatherization, and home and building performance. As part of Everblue's nationwide instructional team, you will represent the best in education and sustainability, helping technicians, contractors, and energy professionals master emerging technologies that improve homes, buildings, and communities.
This role requires regular statewide travel to conduct classroom and field-based instruction, ensuring participants gain the practical skills needed for industry certification and professional success. You will work with us to train where it makes the most impact, supporting training delivery and workforce development efforts across regional energy efficiency programs. This is a field-based position based in the Southeast US, involving travel across Georgia and potentially other regions on a recurring basis.
