This position is part of a nationwide program dedicated to maintaining IT infrastructure operations across the Transportation Security Administration (TSA). The contract supports all U.S. airports and over 30 U.S. Embassy and Consulate international sites across 30 different countries where the TSA is present.
As a Technical Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for DHS/TSA staff needing assistance with IT-related issues. You will partner with cross-functional technical teams to resolve service interruptions and improve performance, ensuring that critical security operations remain uninterrupted. This is an on-site position located in Clinton, TN. The role operates on a specific rotating shift schedule that requires weekend dayside availability. The typical rotation includes two 12-hour shifts on Saturday and Sunday, and two 8-hour shifts on Thursday and Friday. Candidates must be flexible to rotate shift times as needed to support the mission.
