This Technical Customer Advisor role is designed for individuals ready to make a meaningful impact by bridging the gap between complex technical regulations and exceptional customer service.
In this position, you will strategically lead the customer fulfillment process, serving as the primary point of contact for clients within assigned branch territories in Richmond, CA. Your day will involve coordinating the entire customer service cycle, from creating detailed Waste Information Profiles (WIPs) to managing waste approval processes with internal and third-party Treatment, Storage, and Disposal Facilities (TSDFs). You will provide critical technical support regarding chemical grouping, disposal options, and compliance with RCRA and DOT regulations, ensuring that every interaction delivers the least complex and most efficient solution for our clients.
