About the Role
The Technical Business Analyst serves as a critical liaison between the internal and external business community—including clients, partners, and employees—and the development team. Reporting to the Trust & Custody Solutions Manager, this role is dedicated to bridging the technical gap between business needs and development execution.
You will gather and document business and user requirements for new features and enhancements to American Trust Custody's web-based financial platform. Your primary mission is to translate these requirements into clear functional specifications that guide the development team. This position requires an energetic self-starter with the perseverance to grasp complex financial concepts and the instinct to ask probing questions that uncover the "why" behind business requests.
As a hybrid role based in Pittsburgh, PA, you will coordinate and facilitate collaboration sessions, Scrum meetings, and sprint planning activities with diverse audiences. You will also lead demonstrations, user acceptance testing, and training activities, ensuring successful outcomes for product releases.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
