About the Role
As a Technical Business Analyst based in Beavercreek, OH, you will serve as a critical liaison between business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams. Your primary mission is to facilitate requirements elicitation, scoping sessions, and stakeholder workshops to drive business process improvements. You will analyze business workflows to identify gaps and inconsistencies, developing robust business cases that include ROI and compliance considerations.
In this role, you will author and refine Agile user stories, maintain the product backlog, and promote Agile best practices across teams. You will also play a key part in the Testing & Quality Assurance lifecycle by analyzing requirements for testability, designing test cases, and tracking software defects. The position requires providing Subject Matter Expert (SME) insight into business processes, with a specific focus on DoD/USAF logistics systems where applicable.
