Key Responsibilities
- check_circleDocument functional and technical requirements as user stories
- check_circleEstablish and enforce best practices for documenting detailed requirements
- check_circleCreate use cases, process flows, data flows, and wire frames
- check_circleAct as the link between the Product Owner and the technical IT team
- check_circleSupport multiple projects with minimal direction and supervision
- check_circleCollaborate with Product Owners to clarify desired features and functionality
- check_circleCreate and deliver presentations on specific topics to varying audiences
Requirements
- verified3+ years as a technical business analyst or similar position in health care IT
- verifiedBachelor's degree in related field or 8+ years direct and applicable experience
- verifiedIntermediate to complex SQL queries
- verifiedData modeling concepts (e.g., Entity-Relation model)
- verifiedKnowledge and experience with HIPAA regulations and standards for security (PHI, IIHI), privacy and transactions
- verifiedExperience with Agile, SAFe, Waterfall and hybrid project delivery methodologies
- verifiedKnowledgeable of the software development life cycle and work management tools (e.g., JIRA)
Nice to Have
Hands-on experience working with health plan claims and related systems. Prior experience in an early-stage growth company.
