GROWMARK is a leading agricultural cooperative serving nearly 400,000 customers across North America. Headquartered in Bloomington, Illinois, we provide a comprehensive suite of agronomy, energy, facility engineering, construction, and logistics products and services, alongside grain marketing and risk management solutions. As the owner of the FS trademark and SEEDWAY—the largest full-line seed company in the United States—we are dedicated to empowering our member cooperatives and driving innovation in the agricultural sector.
This position serves as a vital bridge between GROWMARK's internal IT resources and third-party software and hardware vendors. The primary mission is to enhance and upgrade Energy applications, ensuring that our Members and Retail Divisions can maximize the value of their technology investments. You will work at the intersection of business needs and technical execution, utilizing deep knowledge of Energy technologies to define software modifications, customizations, and enhancements that drive operational efficiency.
In this role, you will be an active participant in the application project planning for the Energy Portfolio, including key systems like Energy Point of Sale, Agvance, and TankSpotter. Your day-to-day involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables, while overseeing the implementation of new or revised software and hardware. You will coordinate testing strategies, manage project timelines, and ensure that all solutions are designed to meet end-user needs. Beyond technical implementation, you will foster industry relationships, maintain documentation, and provide training to management and users, ensuring that GROWMARK-supported tools remain user-friendly and aligned with industry best practices.
Candidates selected for this role will undergo a standard evaluation process including a review of qualifications, followed by interviews with hiring managers and team members to assess technical fit and cultural alignment. Final candidates will be subject to background checks, drug testing, and reference verification as required by law and company policy.
