The Technical & Business Operations Specialist (TBOS) serves as the operational backbone for Vubiquity's OTT Preferred Partner services. This role exists to ensure the seamless delivery of services to major content providers while maintaining stringent Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements.
In this position, you will act as the Single Point of Contact for customers, bridging the gap between external client needs and internal cross-functional teams including Sales, Client Services, Operations, Mastering, Localization, and Finance. Your day-to-day involves orchestrating complex workflows, managing the lifecycle of customer tickets, and generating performance metrics that drive proactive improvements. Beyond execution, you will identify opportunities for revenue growth and collaborate with System Operations to enhance the tools that support our customers' daily requirements.
This role is based in Burbank, CA, and operates on a hybrid model requiring three days onsite and two days remote. While the position is not open for relocation, it offers a wide scope of activities within a market-leading technology environment. You will work with excellent products and solutions, providing significant opportunities for professional development in the evolving digital media landscape.
