Team Trainer

As a Team Trainer, you will serve as a vital link within our crew, working in key positions such as cashier or drive-thru while taking on the critical responsibility of training new employees. You will be the go-to person during every shift, ready to resolve issues immediately and lend a helping hand wherever needed. This role is designed for motivated, team-oriented, and dependable individuals who strive to provide excellent guest service and foster a positive environment.

Team Trainers are the first line of support when managers are not present. You will guide and grow the team by leading pre-shift huddles, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring that all standards are met consistently. Your day will involve cross-training current employees, coaching new hires on products and procedures, and managing functional aisle and dining room setups. You will also play a key role in maintaining food safety, quality, and order accuracy, while contributing to cost controls and productivity reporting.
