About the Role

This position focuses on maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our campground cabins and various guest areas. You will ensure thoroughly cleaned facilities for our guests and associates by performing daily cleaning tasks, including making beds, cleaning bathroom fixtures, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors. The role involves using cleaning equipment and chemicals in strict accordance with safety guidelines and Safety Data Sheets (SDS), while utilizing personal protective equipment (PPE) as necessary.

Your day-to-day responsibilities extend beyond the cabins to include hallways, pool areas, video rooms, public bathrooms, the lobby, elevators, vending machines, and outdoor walkways. You will also be responsible for responding to guest requests and inquiries, reporting maintenance issues, and managing lost and found items. Additionally, this role offers the opportunity to drive the campground tram.
