About the Job
We are currently hiring Team OTR CDL-A Drivers for our Dry Van 53' fleet. As part of our Logistics Family, you will operate top-tier Freightliner equipment (2019-2022) on dedicated line haul routes. This role offers the opportunity to cover 7,500+ miles a week with no driver load or unload responsibilities.
Compensation and Benefits
Drivers receive direct deposit every week and are issued a 1099 tax form. The average gross weekly pay per team ranges from $2,500 to $3,200, with rates up to 80 cents per mile.
Home Time
Our schedule is designed to provide regular time off. Teams can expect to be out for 2 to 7 days at a time. We offer a home time policy of 7 days for every 30 days worked, ensuring drivers are home at least one weekend per month.
Orientation Details
Orientation is required for new hires. While orientation itself is not paid and does not cover accommodation, drivers are provided with their own room. Lunch is included during orientation, and the company covers some or all travel expenses.
Hiring Requirements
To join our team, candidates must possess a valid Class A license and a Hazardous Materials (H) endorsement at the time of hire. Additionally, applicants must have at least 2 years of OTR experience.
