About the Role
We are seeking dedicated CDL-A Tanker Truck Drivers for both Regional and Over-The-Road (OTR) routes. Whether you are a company driver or an owner operator, this role is designed for those who want a career where every mile counts. You will be part of a team that values professionalism and is looking for experience beyond the average load.
Hiring Process & Application
To join our team, candidates must possess a Class A CDL with both Hazardous Materials (H) and Tanker (N) endorsements. Additionally, proof of a TWIC application or receipt is required. For owner operators, providing your own equipment is a prerequisite.
We offer a paid orientation to get you started. New hires are eligible for a $5,000 sign-on bonus with a structured payout schedule: $1,000 after the first billed load, $1,000 at the 30-day mark (applied to escrow), $1,500 at the 6-month mark, and $1,500 at the 1-year mark. We also offer a $2,000 referral bonus for drivers who refer new hires, with extended payout options available.
