About the Role

We are looking for goal-oriented individuals to join our team in various capacities, each playing a vital part in supporting our mission. Whether you are in Production, the Donation Center, on the Sales Floor, or at the Register, your work directly impacts our community.

Production Associates As a Production Associate, you will support the Goodwill mission by pricing donations that are sold on the sales floor. You will be challenged to achieve pricing goals and strategically price items according to guidelines to maximize funds for our cause. Every day brings new discoveries as you process a unique flow of donations, helping ensure a smooth customer experience on the sales floor.

Donation Attendants In this fast-paced role, you will greet and thank donors while carefully accepting their contributions. You will help keep the production area organized by sorting incoming donations and play a crucial role in delivering excellent customer service to both donors and team members.

Sales Floor Associates If you love building relationships, this role is for you. Sales Floor Associates organize the store to make it easy for customers to find what they are looking for. As ambassadors for Goodwill, you will provide outstanding customer service, answer questions about our mission and donations, and ensure every customer has a pleasant shopping experience.

Cashiers Cashiers are the face of Goodwill, building relationships with customers and accurately processing transactions. A key part of this role is letting customers know how their purchases help someone get a job. Customer service excellence is essential to ensure every customer leaves with a positive impression of our organization.
