About the Role
The Team Member serves as the face of the restaurant, dedicated to providing exceptional guest service while collaborating closely with Restaurant Managers and fellow Team Members to uphold operational standards. Operating under the direction of the General Manager, Assistant Managers, and Shift Coordinators, this position is central to the daily flow of the restaurant, featuring direct interactions with guests and the field operations team.
The Experience
In this fast-paced environment, you will greet guests with a smile, manage order processing and payments, and prepare food and drink products. The role requires a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment, ensuring the dining room, restrooms, and exterior areas meet health and safety standards. Team Members are also responsible for inventory management, including unloading and stocking items as needed. Success in this role demands prompt and regular attendance, adherence to uniform and grooming policies, and a willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations across multiple stations.
