About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our store, greeting customers and ensuring they have a positive experience. This role is designed for those who thrive in a fast-paced setting and enjoy variety. You will not be confined to a single station; instead, you will work around the store, both inside and out, to maintain high standards of appearance and efficiency.
Your day will involve running the register, making purchase suggestions, and occasionally supporting our food program. You will interact with many customers daily, utilizing your communication skills to provide excellent care and friendly conversation. The role requires thinking quickly to solve problems and offering suggestions to improve the customer experience.
