About the Role

You got game? Domino's Pizza is looking for customer service reps and Pizza Makers with personality and people skills who want schedules that work with them, not against them. Whether you are looking for a main gig, a hobby, or a second job for extra cash, we offer the perfect environment to make, bake, or take pizzas during the hungry hours of the day and night.

We are growing fast, which means there are plenty of opportunities for you to grow with us as well—perhaps moving into management or beyond. You'll have plenty of time left over for school, hanging with your friends, or whatever else matters to you. Most shifts will be between 3 p.m. and 12 a.m., and weekends are mandatory.

Work Environment

This role involves working in a dynamic environment with varying conditions. You will face in-store temperatures ranging from 36 degrees in the cooler to 90 degrees and above in other work areas, along with sudden temperature changes while working outside. The job includes exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, and hot surfaces or tools from the oven (up to 500 degrees or higher). You may also encounter cramped quarters, such as walk-in coolers, as well as sharp edges and moving mechanical parts. Additionally, you may need to perform outside tasks like removing trash, exposing you to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions.

Training & Culture

We provide on-the-job orientation and training to help you succeed. We value communication skills, the ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions, and the capacity to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person. We are looking for individuals who can add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, make correct monetary changes, and possess the motor coordination to rapidly and precisely make movements with speed.
