About the Role
As a Team Manager, you are key to the success of your bakery-cafe. You will ensure that every shift shines by developing our people, managing team performance, and building a warm, inclusive, and authentic team culture. Reporting directly to the General Manager or Operating Partner, you will oversee specific areas of the bakery-cafe, ranging from food cost management to drive-thru, delivery, or catering operations.
Your day-to-day involves leading a fun, energized team that works hard and laughs often. You will be an ambassador of our Guiding Values, ensuring extraordinary guest experiences by making every customer smile and building engaging relationships that lead to loyalty. You will also coach and motivate your team to exceed goals for sales, speed of service, and order accuracy, while maintaining strict food safety standards.
