About the Role

This entry-level training position serves as a supervisory role within our Operations Quality team in Richardson, Texas. As a Quality Team Leader, you will provide leadership to employees performing routine work within a single function. You will act as a working-level supervisor, typically reporting to a first-level manager, and will be responsible for developing schedules, enforcing policies and procedures, and assigning tasks to your unit.

Your day will involve directing subordinates to achieve assignments using established guidelines while checking work at regular intervals. You will interact directly with subordinates and peer groups, providing input for performance and compensation reviews, and recommending disciplinary action when necessary. This role requires adherence to professional standards within a manufacturing environment, where you may encounter elements such as noise, dust, chemicals, and operating machinery. Success in this position ensures the department meets its operational goals and performance targets.
