About the Role

We are searching for part-time Team Leaders to join our Factory 52 team in Cincinnati. As a Team Leader, you are a part-time crew member who leads shifts while actively participating in the daily rhythm of the shop. You will scoop and serve ice cream, make waffle products, run the register with cash management responsibilities, keep the shop clean, and manage inventory.

In this role, you will serve the ice cream Time magazine calls "the best in America" while gaining valuable real-world business and entrepreneurship experience. You will act as a role model for other team members, positively influencing and leading a shift of ambassadors to uphold the highest standards. Your goal is to provide consistent, world-class service to every single customer, articulating what distinguishes Jeni's from other ice creams with the same care and presence for the 500th customer as you would for the first.
