About the Role
As a Retail Supervisor at Six Flags, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful and profitable operation of your assigned area within the Retail Department. This position is designed for an outgoing individual who thrives on engaging with guests and fostering a positive environment. You will be the face of the brand, actively approaching and interacting with guests to promote product sales while maintaining impeccable service standards.
Your day-to-day involves more than just managing transactions; you will be responsible for coaching and developing team members to ensure they meet high performance and quality standards. From resolving guest concerns to enforcing company policies and dress codes, you will help maintain the image and cleanliness of the department. This role requires adaptability, as you may be asked to work across multiple locations throughout the park to support business needs.
Hiring Process
Candidates must have at least one year of previous experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality. The ideal candidate is at least 18 years old and available to commit to a minimum of 32 hours per week, including flexible hours on nights, weekends, and holidays.
