About the Role

We are seeking a passionate Team Leader to join our family and help spread our message. In this role, you will oversee daily operations and ensure a smooth workflow during your assigned shifts. You will be the bridge between our team members and upper management, acting as a liaison to communicate concerns and suggestions while collaborating with leadership to achieve company goals.

As a Team Leader, you will manage team members, maintain high standards of customer service, and ensure compliance with company policies. Your day will involve supervising operations, coaching staff to improve productivity, and resolving customer inquiries promptly and professionally. You will also play a key role in training new employees and supporting the ongoing development of existing team members. This position requires physical stamina, as you will be standing, bending, and walking throughout the store to oversee operations and assist your team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
