We are seeking a Professional Services Team Leader to manage a field-based team within the US Western Region. This role is critical to the success of Informatics Professional Services engagements, specifically overseeing the installation and upgrade of Waters' suite of network-based Informatics products. You will serve as a bridge between our technical capabilities and customer needs, ensuring legendary service and customer success.
In this position, you will establish and maintain collaborative relationships with customers, managing expectations through clear communication of work performed and follow-up planning. You will work closely with Americas sales and service teams to drive implementation services revenue and identify future business development opportunities. A key aspect of this role is maintaining a deep understanding of the technology and customer application demands by dedicating 50% of your schedule to direct customer work. Additionally, you will be responsible for staffing, hiring, training, and development, as well as resource management and scheduling to optimize quality and efficiency.
