About the Role
The Team Captain serves as the heartbeat of the store, guiding the team by setting the pace on the floor and keeping everyone focused and energized. This role is about creating an engaging experience for both guests and teammates through clear communication and a strong sense of urgency. You will influence others through example, ensuring consistent execution of our service standards and operational routines.
In this position, you will act as a go-to resource for the team, clarifying priorities and adjusting course when needed to maintain momentum. Whether leading recovery efforts, managing visual merchandising standards, or handling escalated customer concerns, your enthusiasm and passion for sports and retail will drive the store's success. You will help maintain a high-energy culture while coaching teammates to maximize guest opportunities and drive sales.
