The Cox Child Care Center South is part of the 1115 Learning Center South department. We are a team of professional, enthusiastic teachers dedicated to fostering a culture of continual early childhood growth and learning. Our mission is to help children reach their milestone goals and thrive in a safe, healthy environment.
As a Teacher at our facility, you will play a vital role in the positive development of children ranging from 6 weeks to 12 years of age. You will partner with Lead Teachers to plan, direct, and coordinate both academic and non-academic activities tailored to the needs of all ages and classrooms. Your day will involve greeting parents and children during drop-off and pick-up, while also ensuring a clean and safe environment through daily tasks such as diapering, potty training, laundry, and cleaning toys and surfaces.
You will be responsible for helping teach and carry out learning objectives while strictly maintaining state-mandated child-to-staff ratios and complying with all state, federal, and accreditation regulations. This role requires the ability to perform effectively in high-volume, stressful situations, such as morning drop-offs and afternoon pick-ups.
We are searching for dynamic individuals who are passionate about helping children reach their full potential. If you enjoy working with children and want to be part of a team that values professional growth, we invite you to apply.
