As an assistant teacher, you will provide supervision, guidance, and support to children while working alongside lead teachers on learning experience plans and activity implementation. Your role involves communicating and collaborating with families to support the child's development, participating in workshops and conferences to strengthen your knowledge and skills, and fostering a healthy, safe, and organized learning environment.
