Our Personal Financial Service practice within PwC Private is dedicated to helping private companies and entrepreneurs navigate the full business life cycle, from inception to growth, maturity, and transition. We partner with business owners and family enterprises to manage ownership and growth in a way that fits their unique needs within today's changing global landscape. Our mission is to improve operational efficiency through audit, tax compliance, and planning, freeing up our clients' time to focus on high-level business strategy and personal wealth goals.
As a Manager in the PwC Private Personal Financial Service team, you will work as part of a collaborative group of problem solvers. Your primary focus will be assisting individuals with significant wealth and private wealth management structures in developing, designing, and implementing plans to achieve their personal financial objectives and ensure maintenance for future generations. You will analyze tax efficiencies across income tax, investments, insurance, and risk to establish a foundation for financial longevity.
In this role, you will supervise, develop, and coach teams while managing client service accounts. You will drive assigned client engagement workstreams by solving complex business issues ranging from strategy to execution. The position requires you to build and maintain strong client relationships, manage project workflows, budgets, and billing, and foster a culture of trust and meaningful feedback within your team. You will also be expected to develop a point of view on key global trends and how they impact clients, using data and insights to inform conclusions and support decision-making.
To stand out and remain fit for the future, every team member at PwC is expected to be a purpose-led and values-driven leader. We utilize the PwC Professional, our global leadership development framework, which sets a single set of expectations across our lines, geographies, and career paths. This framework provides transparency on the skills needed to succeed and progress in your career. As a Manager, you will be encouraged to develop new skills outside your comfort zone, resolve issues that prevent team effectiveness, and simplify complex messages to highlight key points.
