Our Personal Financial Service practice within PwC Private is dedicated to helping private companies and entrepreneurs navigate the full business life cycle, from inception to growth, maturity, and transition. We partner with private business owners and family enterprises to manage ownership and growth in a way that fits their unique needs within today's changing global landscape. Our mission is to improve operational efficiency through audit, tax compliance, and planning, freeing up our clients' time to focus on high-level business strategy and personal wealth goals.

About the Role

As a Manager in the PwC Private Personal Financial Service team, you will serve as a purpose-led and values-driven leader, working as part of a collaborative team of problem solvers. You will help individuals with significant wealth and private wealth management structures develop, design, and implement plans to achieve their personal wealth goals and ensure maintenance for future generations. Your focus will be on analyzing tax efficiencies across income tax, investments, insurance, and risk, establishing a foundation for financial longevity.

In this role, you will supervise, develop, and coach teams while managing client service accounts. You will drive assigned client engagement workstreams by solving and analyzing complex problems to deliver top-quality results. You will be expected to use data and insights to inform conclusions, develop a point of view on key global trends, and simplify complex messages for stakeholders. This position offers the opportunity to experience the entire spectrum of private business advisory, helping clients build consensus and create positive outcomes across a variety of viewpoints.
