About the Role
This Tax Manager position is designed for a hands-on, experienced CPA or EA ready to take ownership of a well-established book of business. Due to strong growth and firm expansion, we need an experienced leader to step in immediately, manage client relationships, and oversee tax engagements.
In this role, you will not only review and prepare complex individual and business tax returns but also provide year-round tax planning and advisory services. You will lead, train, and review the work of junior staff while contributing to workflow improvements and internal best practices as the firm scales. There is also an opportunity to support firm growth through client development initiatives and potentially bring in your own book of business.
Location & Work Model
Based in Atlanta, GA, this role is primarily in-office to leverage our collaborative environment. However, hybrid or remote options are available for top candidates who demonstrate exceptional fit and performance.
