Key Responsibilities
- check_circleManage a portfolio of business, individual, and real estate investor client relationships
- check_circleServe as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
- check_circleIdentify tax-saving opportunities and develop proactive planning strategies
- check_circleSupervise, mentor, and develop a small team of tax professionals
- check_circleReview team work for technical accuracy, completeness, and quality control
- check_circleLead onboarding efforts for new clients including system setup and expectations management
- check_circleStay current on tax law changes and regulatory updates
- check_circleSupport implementation of process improvements and workflow efficiencies
- check_circleParticipate in sales consultations and support closing new business opportunities
- check_circleOversee preparation and review of tax returns for various entity types
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, or related field
- verifiedActive CPA, EA, or JD credential required
- verified5+ years of experience in public accounting or tax advisory services
- verifiedExperience reviewing individual, partnership, and corporate tax returns
- verifiedPrior experience supervising or mentoring team members
