- check_circleSupervise, delegate, and review work performed by associates and seniors

- check_circleCoach and mentor staff while providing ongoing feedback
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- verified5–7+ years of relevant experience in public accounting
- verifiedCPA or equivalent professional certification required
- verifiedProficiency in CCH Axcess Tax and Engagement, Microsoft Excel and Word, and QuickBooks
- verifiedMaster's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or related field preferred
- verifiedExperience with BNA Tax and/or ProSystem fx Fixed Assets preferred
