About the Role
Due to continuing growth, we are seeking a Tax Manager to join our team. In addition to traditional tax review and client advisory, this role requires a strong sense of entrepreneurship, strategy, and management. As a Manager, you will have a unique opportunity to collaborate with a growing team of professionals possessing the expertise needed to accomplish client goals.
You will serve as a relationship owner, leading client engagements while coaching and mentoring staff to enhance their skills and further their careers. This position involves managing office workflow and procedures, as well as working closely with the Tax Director to develop and implement the firm's retention, growth, and operational strategies.
