About the Role

The firm is looking for a Tax Senior ready to take ownership of client engagements and grow their technical and advisory skills in a firm that genuinely invests in its people. This is a hands-on role with real client exposure—not a back-office position. You will prepare and review federal and state tax returns, research complex tax issues, and communicate findings clearly to clients and management. The role involves assisting with tax planning and consulting engagements, mentoring junior staff, and building strong client relationships while participating in business development and firm growth initiatives.
