About the Role

As a Tax Expert – Retail On-Site, you will serve as the trusted advisor and public face of TurboTax within your local community. This unique seasonal opportunity is designed for individuals who possess a strong entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for helping others navigate the complexities of taxation. You will work on-site at a TurboTax location, leveraging our marketing support and software to grow our client base and establish yourself as a fixture in the community.

In this role, you will go beyond simple tax filing. You will act as a proactive community ambassador, engaging with prospects, leading local events, and creating accessible tax-related content to demystify taxes for your neighbors. Whether serving customers in-person or virtually through state-of-the-art video tools, your goal is to alleviate the stress of tax season by connecting on a personal level. You will handle everything from simple to complex tax situations, uncovering deductions and providing future planning advice to turn one-time transactions into loyal, multi-year relationships.
