You will support sophisticated tax planning efforts for closely held businesses and high-net-worth individuals, developing deep expertise in the firm's niche industries to deliver strategic advisory and consulting services.
In this role, you will lead client service teams to ensure exceptional satisfaction, timely delivery, and continuous team development. You will also mentor and supervise team members, providing performance feedback, while collaborating with firm leadership to structure and manage a variety of client engagements. Success in this role requires the ability to analyze and communicate solutions to complex tax matters with creativity, thorough research, and a strong understanding of tax regulations.
