About the Team and Mission
Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as dedicated Tax Experts – Retail On-Site. This role is central to our mission of "Powering Prosperity Around the World," combining tax expertise with an entrepreneurial spirit to help customers navigate their financial needs. As a Tax Expert, you will serve as a trusted advisor, empowering customers to achieve positive financial outcomes while growing TurboTax's client base within the local community.
About the Role
This unique opportunity allows you to work on-site at a TurboTax location across the United States on a seasonal basis. You will act as a proactive community ambassador, serving as the public face of TurboTax in your neighborhood. Your day-to-day involves engaging with new prospects, nurturing leads, and converting them into long-term clients through proactive outreach and local events.
Beyond community engagement, you will provide full-service tax preparation and advice, handling everything from simple to complex tax situations. You will leverage Intuit's marketing support and state-of-the-art video communication tools to deliver a best-in-class customer experience. The goal is to alleviate the stress customers feel when tackling taxes by connecting with them on a personal level, turning one-time transactions into loyal, multi-year relationships.

Requirements

Nice to Have
Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills. Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
