In this seasonal, on-site position, you will play a key role in growing TurboTax's client base within the local community. You will leverage TurboTax marketing support and software to build a thriving business that fosters prosperity for both you and your community. Your ability to connect with people on a personal level is critical to alleviating the stress many feel when tackling their taxes, turning one-time transactions into loyal, multi-year relationships.
About the Role
As a Tax Expert – Retail On-Site, you will be the public face of TurboTax in your local area. You will serve customers both in-person and virtually, utilizing Intuit's state-of-the-art video communication tools to provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software support. Your day will involve proactively engaging with new prospects, nurturing leads, and converting them into long-term clients through community outreach and local events.
You will facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize tax liabilities, and maximize refunds. By utilizing resources such as government websites and professional tools, you will deliver accurate tax solutions in personalized, everyday language. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset to build your customer portfolio through targeted outreach, networking, and creating accessible tax-related content for your community.

Candidates must possess an active, unrestricted credential (EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney) with a valid Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
