As a Tax Expert, you will combine tax expertise with an entrepreneurial spirit to serve as a trusted advisor in your local community.

In this unique seasonal opportunity, you will work on-site at a TurboTax location across the United States. You will play a key role in growing TurboTax's client base, establishing long-term relationships, and driving customer loyalty. By leveraging TurboTax marketing support and software, you will build a thriving business that fosters prosperity for both yourself and the community you serve.

About the Role

As a Tax Expert – Retail On-Site, you will serve customers both in-person and virtually using Intuit TurboTax products. Your primary focus is to bring in new customers and provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software support. Whether handling simple to complex tax situations or providing future tax planning advice, your ability to connect with people on a personal level is critical to alleviating the stress often associated with tax season.

You will act as a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax as a fixture in the local area. This involves engaging with new prospects, nurturing leads, and converting them into long-term clients through proactive outreach. You will also lead local events, participate in marketing initiatives, and make the topic of taxes accessible and approachable for everyone.

The role requires a flexible schedule of 25–34 hours per week, including afternoons, evenings, and weekends, with the ability to increase hours during peak seasons. You will interact with customers using state-of-the-art video communication tools and address inquiries while helping them overcome tax-related challenges.

Hiring Process
