About the Role
As a Tax Expert – Retail On-Site, you will serve as the public face of TurboTax in your local area. This unique opportunity goes beyond simple tax preparation; it is about building long-term relationships and growing TurboTax's client base within the community. You will act as a trusted advisor, empowering customers to overcome the complexities of taxation while establishing a thriving business presence for yourself.
In this role, you will work on-site at a TurboTax location, serving customers both in-person and virtually. You will leverage TurboTax marketing support and software to engage with new prospects, nurture leads, and convert them into loyal, multi-year clients. Whether through face-to-face interactions or state-of-the-art video communication tools, your ability to connect with people on a personal level is critical to alleviating the stress often associated with tax season.
You will be a proactive community ambassador, leading local events and making tax topics accessible and approachable. By utilizing your expertise to provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and future planning, you will help customers achieve their financial goals, from saving for retirement to maximizing refunds. This position offers a chance to be showcased in local and national marketing efforts, allowing you to build a social presence as a trusted tax authority in your neighborhood.

- verifiedAbility to obtain required State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds

Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills. Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
