Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as dedicated Tax Experts – Retail On-Site. As a Tax Expert, you will combine tax expertise with an entrepreneurial spirit to serve as a trusted advisor in your local community.
In this unique seasonal opportunity, you will work on-site at a TurboTax location across the United States. Your primary focus is to grow TurboTax's client base by establishing long-term relationships and driving customer loyalty. You will leverage TurboTax marketing support and software to build a thriving business that fosters prosperity for both you and the community you serve.
About the Role
As a Tax Expert – Retail On-Site, you will serve customers both in-person and virtually using Intuit TurboTax products. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software support for situations ranging from simple to complex, including personal and business income, deductions optimization, and amendments. Your ability to connect with customers on a personal level is critical to alleviating the stress often associated with tax season.
Beyond technical preparation, you will act as a proactive community ambassador. You will enthusiastically represent TurboTax locally, serving as the public face of the brand. This involves engaging with new prospects, nurturing leads, and converting them into long-term clients through proactive outreach. You will also lead local events, participate in marketing initiatives, and make the topic of taxes accessible and approachable for everyone.
Your day-to-day involves creating an exceptional customer experience through professionalism and a genuine interest in helping clients achieve their financial goals, such as saving for retirement, college funds, or vacations. By connecting with people to build long-term trust, you will turn one-time transactions into loyal, multi-year relationships. You will interact with customers using state-of-the-art video communication tools and address inquiries while helping them overcome tax-related challenges.
