Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as dedicated Tax Experts – Retail On-Site. As a Tax Expert, you will serve as a trusted advisor, empowering customers to achieve positive financial outcomes while supporting Intuit's mission of "Powering Prosperity Around the World."

In this position, you will work on-site at a TurboTax location, playing a key role in growing TurboTax's client base within the local community. You will establish long-term relationships and drive customer loyalty by leveraging TurboTax marketing support and software to build a thriving business that fosters prosperity for both you and your community.

About the Role

As a Tax Expert – Retail On-Site, you will serve customers both in-person and virtually using Intuit TurboTax products. Your focus will be on providing full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software support. You will handle everything from simple to complex tax situations, including personal and business income, deductions optimization, and amendments.

Beyond technical preparation, you will facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize tax liabilities, and maximize refunds. Your ability to demonstrate an understanding of each customer's unique situation and connect with them on a personal level is critical to alleviating the stress many feel when tackling their taxes. You will interact with clients through state-of-the-art video communication tools and in-person consultations, helping them overcome tax-related challenges and achieve financial goals such as saving for retirement, college funds, or vacations.

You will also act as a proactive community ambassador, enthusiastically representing TurboTax locally. This involves engaging with new prospects, nurturing leads, and converting them into long-term clients through proactive outreach. You will lead local events, participate in local marketing, and make the topic of taxes accessible and approachable. Additionally, you may be showcased in local and national marketing efforts, creating accessible tax-related content and resources for your community.
