About the Role
In this unique position, you will work on-site at a TurboTax location, playing a key role in growing TurboTax's client base while establishing long-term relationships. You will serve as the public face of TurboTax in your community, engaging with prospects to convert them into loyal, multi-year clients. The role involves leveraging TurboTax marketing support and software to build a thriving business that fosters prosperity for both you and the community you serve.
You will provide full-service tax preparation and advice for clients with simple to complex tax situations, including personal and business income, deductions optimization, and amendments. Beyond technical preparation, you will facilitate discovery sessions to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, and offer future tax planning advice. Your ability to connect with customers on a personal level is critical to alleviating the stress often associated with tax season.
This role requires a blend of in-person and virtual interactions using Intuit's state-of-the-art video communication tools. You will be expected to lead local events, participate in marketing initiatives, and create accessible tax-related content to make the topic of taxes approachable for everyone.

Requirements

- verifiedMinimum 3 years of paid experience filing 50+ federal and state 1040 returns per season
- verifiedFamiliarity with Circular 230
- verifiedMust reside within the United States
- verifiedAbility to obtain required State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds
Nice to Have
Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills. Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
