About the Team and Mission
Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as dedicated Tax Experts – Retail On-Site. This role is central to our mission of "Powering Prosperity Around the World," combining tax expertise with an entrepreneurial spirit to help customers navigate their financial needs. As a Tax Expert, you will serve as a trusted advisor, empowering customers to achieve positive financial outcomes while growing TurboTax's client base within the local community.
About the Role
In this unique seasonal position, you will work on-site at a TurboTax location across the United States. You will act as the public face of TurboTax in your community, engaging with new prospects and nurturing leads to convert them into long-term clients. Your day-to-day involves serving customers both in-person and virtually, leveraging Intuit's state-of-the-art video tools and marketing support to build a thriving business.
You will provide full-service tax return preparation and advice, handling everything from simple to complex tax situations. Beyond just filing, you will facilitate discovery sessions to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, and offer future tax planning advice. Your ability to connect with people on a personal level is critical to alleviating the stress many feel when tackling their taxes, turning one-time transactions into loyal, multi-year relationships.
